(HBO) - Doi trees in Chi Dao commune (Lac Son district) are in the harvest season
of seeds. Doi seeds are grown in Chi Dao commune is famous. This is a delicious spice which is increasingly
known and selected by customers across the country.
Tall and straight Doi trees are being harvested by
people of Chi Dao commune.
This year, Mr. Bui Van Lanh in Be Tren hamlet,
Chi Dao commune collected more than 2 quintals of red seeds and cultivated
nearly 50,000 seedlings.
Doi seeds are peeled.
The red color of fresh Doi seeds is attractive.
Fresh Doi seeds after drying in the sun will
turn black.
Doi seeds are canned with
traceability label of the co-operative producing and processing in Chi Dao
commune.

after being soaked, separating the essential oil husk to get the hard core will
be brought by Chi Dao people to plant and produce seedlings.
The vibrant seedlings are becoming a stable income and enrichment for many households in Chi Dao commune.
