(HBO) - Coming back to Muong Pa - another name for Bao La and Pieng Ve communes (Bao La commune after the merger), in the upland district of Mai Chau, I myself feel this place is really peaceful. Thai and Muong ethnic people have been living in solidarity and harmony. Somewhere along the way I have passed, all of the people believe that a new day making changes, a warm new spring coming across the village. Here are the moments recorded by reporters in the Muong Pa valley.
The really beautiful Muong Pa fields are covered by the hillsides and the mountains.
The local people are actively building high-income fields to make the economy more stable.
The household’s farming is a strength being promoted by the local people to improve income.
The families spend their own money on fences and renovating their own rural roads and alleys.
The material and spiritual life of Muong Pa people has been increasingly raised with the attention of the Party and the State through the program of the national environment on the new rural construction.
These days, offices, all roads, and residential areas in Hoa Binh province are decorated with flags, flowers, banners, hoardings, and bright slogans to welcome National Day on September 2.
