In his 14 years as the leader of the Communist Party of Vietnam, General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong visited Hoa Binh province three times. Each locality, unit, and enterprise visited by the General Secretary, and every household and wounded soldier kindly encouraged and given gifts by the late leader always remember and deeply keep in their mind the feelings of their beloved leader.

Under the torrential rain in a July afternoon, the heart of an excellent leader, a kind man with great personality loved by the people stopped beating. Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, with 80 years of age, nearly 57 years of Party membership, 14 years as General Secretary, more than two years as State President, more than five years as Chairman of the National Assembly, made many great and important contributions to the revolutionary cause of the Party and nation, especially in the work of innovation, building and protecting the Fatherland.

Muong people make up more than 63% of the province's population. Throughout their lives, labor, and production, Muong people in Hoa Binh have created the unique cultural values, including the heritage of Muong gongs.

In the first six months of this year, amidst a slow economic recovery and low credit absorption capacity, banks in the province strived to implement solutions aimed at a dual goal of both supporting economic entities with capital difficulties and ensuring safe and efficient credit growth.

The working class in Vietnam in general and Hoa Binh province in particular, has made significant strides in terms of quality and making practical contributions to the country's industrialisation and modernisation process. Establishing a well-organised working class that has professional skills, firm political mettle, capable of leading the innovation process, and actively integrating into global trends of globalisation, is the responsibility of the entire Party and political system. However, there are numerous challenges that hinder the robust development of the working class.
