The movement of "Public Security Force follow six teachings by Uncle Ho” has been attracting officers and soldiers in Hoa Binh province for years. Participating in the movement helps them improve their awareness, responsibility, political mettle, andloyalty to the Party, the nation, and the people.

Police officers in Ngoc Son commune, Lac Son district, give presents to local disadvantaged children.

Many effective and practical activities have been implemented to follow the movement such as organising political activities, helping the young generation learn about traditions, andpromoting good characteristics of cadres and Party members.

Particularly, playing a key role in the implementation of the "Development of Population Data Application, Electronic Identification, and Authentication to Serve National Digital Transformation for the Period 2022 – 2025, Vision to 2030” (Project 06/CP), Hoa Binh’s public security force worked hard with high responsibility to complete their tasks. Their excellent performance was hailed and rewarded by the Prime Minister.

The movement of "Public Security Forcefollow six teachings by Uncle Ho” has been promoting many examples of good people andgood deeds in the provincial force.

For example, Captain Bui Van Tieu, Deputy Head of the Hoa Binhcity’sTraffic and Order Police Team braved the danger to save the life of a drowning child, or Lieutenant Ha Thi Thuy, afemale officer of the Social Order Administrative Management Police Team in Mai Chau district sent her children to the district boarding school and left home to fulfil assignments.

In the past five years, 1,040 collectives and 2,988 individuals in the provincial public security force at all levels have been honoured by authorities and agencies. People also sent dozens of gratitude letters to local police officers.

In a letter to Hoang Mai, Director of the Public Security Department of former Region 7, on March 11, 1948, President Ho Chi Minh outlined the virtues of a revolutionary public security officer: "To oneself, be hardworking, thrifty, incorruptible andforthright; to colleagues, be cordial and helpful; to the Government, beabsolutelyloyal; to the people, be respectful and polite; to work, be committed; to the enemy, be resolute and smart.”

President Ho Chi Minh’s six teachings are the basic and core content for public security officers and soldiers to strive and train. They are the guideline for all the activities of the force over the past 76 years.
