On the morning of October 26, at Dom Bai hamlet, Mien Doi commune, Lac Son district, Hoa Binh province, the Market program took place to display, promote, introduce, and promote consumption of OCOP and typical regional products of Lac Son district, combined with sightseeing and experiencing the natural beauty of Mien Doi commune. The new rice celebration is a cultural and religious practice kept by the people of the Muong region in Hoa Binh province. In the Mien Doi commune, people hold ceremonies after the rice harvest. The ritual is recreated with a procession and offerings to the gods and ancestors to help the Muong people have a good harvest. The procession passes through terraced fields and arrives at the ceremony at Mam Xoi Hill.

The new rice celebration is a cultural beauty of the Muong people. It demonstrates the tradition of filial piety to ancestors and expresses family and village bonds.
