On November the first, the Provincial People's Committee held a meeting for the reports on the progress of preparations to hold the Ceremony to receive the Certificate of the special national relic ranking for Trai Cave, the Stone Roof of Vanh village (Lac Son district) and the Opening Ceremony of the Culture - Tourism Week of Hoa Binh province in 2024. Mr. Nguyen Van Toan, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the Head of the Organizing Committee of Culture - Tourism Week chaired the meeting.

Recently, the Provincial Culture - Sports and Tourism sector has chaired and coordinated to advise and assign the tasks to the members of the Organizing Committee according to the plan and the assigned tasks. Up to now, the framework scenario for the opening activities of the Culture and Tourism Week of Hoa Binh province in 2024 has been completed. The design content, the design invitations, the delegate badges and draft speeches of the central and provincial leaders, the detailed script for the Ceremony to receive the special national relic ranking certificate awaiting the approval. There are 6 key contents of the event including the ceremony to receive the Certificate of the special national relic ranking; the festival showing the costumes of ethnic groups in Hoa Binh province; Can liquid festival night; The opening ceremony of Da River Fish and Shrimp Festival; the Sports fishing competition; the Agriculture Forum.

At the meeting, the subcommittees assisting the Program Organizing Committee reported the plan to implement the tasks. The event organizer reported an overview of the program script for the Ceremony to receive the certificate of special national relic ranking.

According to the plan, the Culture and Tourism Week of Hoa Binh province in 2024 takes place from November 15th – 23th. The program of the Ceremony to receive the Certificate of Special National Relic ranking: Trai Cave and the Stone Roof of Vanhh Village and the Opening of the Culture - Tourism Week of Hoa Binh province take place in the evening of November 16th(from 7:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.).
