On November 8th, Ngai hamlet, Thach Yen commune (Cao Phong) organized the Great National Solidarity Festival in 2024. Mr. Bui Van Khanh, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee was presenting flowers and gifts to congratulate the Great National Solidarity Festival in Ngai hamlet, Thach Yen commune.


Colonel Trinh Duc Thiem, the Commander of the Provincial Military Command, was presenting gifts to the disadvantaged households in the area.

In Ngai hamlet, there are 89 households with 428 people, Muong ethnic group accounts for over 95%. In 2024, the officials and the people actively respond to the emulation movements and campaigns, especially the campaign "All people unite to build the new rural areas and civilized cities”. The local people have united and overcome the difficulties in socio-economic development, building the residential areas to develop in all aspects. The average income per capita of the village is estimated to reach 35 million VND; the poverty rate has decreased to 9.8%, and 925 of the households have met the title of the cultural families.

Making a speech at the festival, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee praised the results achieved by Ngai hamlet. At the same time, he requested that all levels of Party Committees, the appropriate authorities, the Fatherland Front, and the local member organizations continue to arouse the strength of great national unity, promoting the will, aspirations, and creative emulation spirit at all levels so that the people participate in building the heroic homeland of Thach Yen, protecting the country in the new situation. It is also necessary to continue propagating and mobilizing the people to well implement the Party's guidelines and policies, and the laws of the State and the locality. All resources need to be maximized to promote the implementation of Party Congress Resolutions at all levels. Many specific and practical actions and jobs need to have to take care of the material and spiritual life of the local people. The democratic regulations need implemented well to solve the problems that arise right from the grassroots. The entire people promote the revolutionary tradition, the spirit of solidarity, and trust in the leadership of the Party, the State, the party committees, and local authorities, building a prosperous and happy homeland and family.
