Under the theme "Hoa Binh Youth: Proud and Confident in Following the Party”, the provincial HCYU Committee initiated a peak emulation campaign among all HCYU units in the province to implement 13 major youth-led projects. These projects, valued at over 2.1 billion VND (approximately 82,100 USD), include learning spaces for children, a youth bookcase initiative, mural street art, children’s playgrounds, and a rural bridge, contributing to the celebration of the 18th Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.

The Youth Month 2025 promises a dynamic start, creating opportunities for young people to develop themselves while making meaningful contributions to their communities. The campaign underscores the spirit of youth volunteerism and community engagement to help with local economic and social development, particularly in disadvantaged areas of the province.

On this occasion, the HCYU and VYF chapters in Hoa Binh extended support to local communities by presenting 20 gift packages to disadvantaged households, and 30 scholarships along with gifts to underprivileged children in Phu Thanh commune. Additionally, 10,000 acacia seedlings and 300 dipterocarp trees were distributed to young people to support the establishment of "Youth Tree-lined Roads” and "Youth Gardens” in Lac Thuy district.

As part of the national campaign to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses, the Hoa Binh provincial HCYU Committee is actively contributing to the 450-day initiative aimed at replacing all substandard homes with permanent structures by the end of 2025. It donated a house to Lac Son district, two houses to Da Bac district, and four others to Yen Thuy and Mai Chau districts. Additionally, a computer lab for children was provided for Mai Chau district while funding was allocated for constructing a rural bridge in Da Bac district, with a total investment of nearly 900 million VND.

Following the launch ceremony, delegates and youth members participated in various meaningful activities, including the inauguration of the "Illuminating Rural Road" and "National Flag-lined Road" projects. They also engaged in tree planting efforts to support the Youth Month and took part in the launch of a community digital literacy team aimed at promoting digital skills and knowledge among local residents.
