The Standing Board of the Hoa Binh provincial Party Committee met on March 18 to review and guide major investment projects aimed at boosting local socio-economic development.

Chaired by Nguyen Phi Long, alternate member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, the meeting was attended by key provincial leaders, including Bui Thi Minh, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the provincial People’s Council, and Bui Duc Hinh, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee.

Delegates discussed several projects, including the Hop Thanh Ecological Urban Area in Hoa Binh city, the MIVI Hoa Binh Luxury Eco-Tourism Resort in Suoi Hoa commune, Tan Lac district, the expansion of the Sao Bay Tourism and Mineral Water Bottling Complex in Sao Bay commune, Kim Boi district, and the construction of a water supply system serving Quang Tien, Thinh Minh, and Hop Thanh communes in Hoa Binh city. Discussions centred on land-related procedures, planning schemes, and state management of water-related business operations.

In his concluding remarks, Long highlighted the strategic importance of these projects, noting their potential to drive economic growth in Kim Boi and Tan Lac districts, and Hoa Binh city.

The Standing Board of the provincial Party Committee approved the investment proposals and tasked the Standing Board of the Party Committee of the provincial People’s Committee with overseeing their implementation in line with legal regulations.
