At here, there was a 100 - meter - long crack that stayed at the height of 200 meters from the ground, and there were many small cracks at the bottom of hills. This means that the hills had a high risk of collapsing totally. Therefore, Ha Bi and Tu Son communes which have 29 and 30 household respectively must be removed immediately. In Vinh Dong commune, there were 26 households belonging to the area affected by the flood and landslide. In addition, there were 9 households belonging to communes Hop Dong, Nat Son, Hung Tien, Kim Tie, Lap Chieng, Thuong Bi and Cuoi Ha which were also influenced but they did not have to relocate. They would be supplied some land to construct new houses or helped to repair their current houses.
