(HBO) – A ceremony has been held in Hoa Binh province to honour individuals and organisations who won a writing competition named "Studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s thoughts, morals and style.”

After the two-year implementation of the Politburo’s Directive No.
05-CT/TW, the Party’s committees and organisations at all levels of Hoa Binh province
added the studying and following of President Ho Chi Minh’s thoughts, morals
and style in programmes and action plans to carrying out the 12th National
Party Congress Resolution, the 16th provincial Party Congress Resolution and
resolutions of the Party Congress at all levels. It was also integrated into
patriotic emulation movements, political task implementation and settlement of
pressing issues in each commune, district and organisation.
To date, the province has had 152 successful models and good practices
and 102 outstanding individuals in studying and following President Ho Chi
Minh’s thoughts, morals and style.
Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Secretary of the provincial
Party’s Committee Tran Dang Ninh said the studying and following of President
Ho Chi Minh’s thoughts, morals and style has created a strong motivation and
new breakthrough for the local socio-economic development and the maintenance
of security and defence. In the time ahead, the Party’s Committees and governments at all levels of Hoa Binh province must
link the enforcement of the Politburo’s Directive No. 05-CT/TW with the
implementation of the Resolution of the Party Central Committee’s No.4 (12th
tenure) on the Party building, he noted.
He called for the continued promotion of the composition of
literary, artistic and press works competing in "Studying and following
President Ho Chi Minh’s thoughts, morals and style” contest and the upcoming
third "Bua Liem Vang” (Golden Hammer and Sickle) Press Award.
This year, the writing contest "Studying and following President
Ho Chi Minh’s thoughts, morals and style” received 107 entries from across the
province. Some 22 works were awarded during the ceremony while four
organisations and ten individuals were also honoured by the provincial People’s
Committee for their outstanding achievements in studying and following
President Ho Chi Minh’s thoughts, morals and style.

On November the first, the Provincial People's Committee held a meeting for the reports on the progress of preparations to hold the Ceremony to receive the Certificate of the special national relic ranking for Trai Cave, the Stone Roof of Vanh village (Lac Son district) and the Opening Ceremony of the Culture - Tourism Week of Hoa Binh province in 2024. The congress is slated for November 14-15 at the provincial Cultural Palace, expecting 250 official delegates.
