(HBO) – Vice Secretary of Hoa Binh provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People’s Council Tran Dang Ninh had a working session with the standing committee of the Party Committee of Kim Boi district on July 10 to inspect the implementation of the resolution adopted at the 16th congress of the provincial Party Committee in the 2015-2020 tenure.

To date, the Party Committee of Kim Boi district has overcome difficulties to implement effectively socio-economic development tasks and ensure defence-security. It has completed 11 out of the 16 set criteria. In 2018-2020, the district put forth four groups of solutions to fulfil the remaining ones.

Speaking at the working session, Ninh recognised the district’s efforts to realise the resolution’s targets. He emphasised on key orientations and asked the district to show high determination, seize opportunities and map out concrete measures to implement successfully the resolution adopted at the 16th congress of the provincial Party Committee.

He requested more attention to holding dialogues with people and building connectivity chains in production to create stable income for farmers. At the same time, attention should be paid to developing urban areas and mobilising all investment sources to bring tourism into a spearhead economy in the district, he said./.
