(HBO) – The Hoa Binh Power Company organised a ceremony on August 1 to inaugurate administrative procedure settlement service in electricity sector at the provincial public administrative centre.

In the past years, improvements have been recorded in the company’s customer service indexes. The firm’s efforts in bettering business and service have been recognised by local authorities.

According to evaluation of the OCD management consultancy company - an independent consultant firm, customer satisfaction in electricity use in 2017 rose 0.485 point to 7.46 points out of ten. Hoa Binh Power Company also carried out reforms in administrative procedures to better serve its customers.

The service is billed as an effective solution to accelerating administrative procedure reform, making contributions to improving quality of customer services, and bringing satisfaction to customers. 

If the first phase shows efficiency, the Hoa Binh Power Company will implement the next phases receiving and addressing all electricity administrative procedures at the public administrative centres of all districts in the province. 

The Electricity of Vietnam is on its track to build itself into a professional and friendly power provider in the eyes of customers and the community./.

Hoa Binh allocated over 30 trillion VND (nearly 1.18 billion USD) to develop infrastructure systems in ethnic minority and mountainous areas during 2019 - 2024. Priority was given to transport and irrigation infrastructure; markets; schools; medical stations; communal houses; and power grid, telecommunication, radio, and television systems.
