For instance, the village boasts a natural stream flowing around the villas, schools and kindergartens meeting international standards, automatic security system, outstanding architecture of villas and shop houses, water fountains, a tropical garden, a palm garden, decorative islands and waterfalls, a spiritual zone, gyms, a shopping centre and neighbouring resorts.

The construction density in Zen Village urban area is 39 percent of total area with total construction area of over 28,000 sq. m, while nearly 21,000 sq. m, or 29.4 percent of total area, are designated for streets and sidewalk. Meanwhile, greenery area is 13,000 sq. m, or 18.1 percent and water surface accounts for 3.5 percent.

In addition, tens of thousands of square metres of land are reserved for parking space and public cultural facilities.

At the debut ceremony, a representative of the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) - Hoa Binh branch inked a sponsorship deal for the project. Accordingly, customers who borrow money from the BIDV Hoa Binh branch to buy houses, land lots or villas in Zen Village will be given loans of up to 60 percent of the property’s value with an interest rate of 8 percent in the first year. Especially, Da Hop Trading JSC will pay the loan’s interest for the first six months for customers./.
