(HBO) - By the end of May 2015, the whole Hoa Binh province had 100% of agencies and units using specialized digital signatures to exchange electronic documents on the network.
12/20 departments, branches and 5/11 districts and cities use personal digital signatures of leaders to issue documents. Some units have a high proportion of outgoing documents signed by high digital signatures such as: Department of Finance, Department of Foreign Affairs, Department of Construction, Department of Industry and Trade, Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Department of Culture - Sports and travel; People's Committee of Cao Phong, Lac Son, Lac Thuy districts.
