(HBO) - On June 19-20, Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs combines with Childfund organization and World Vision to organize a training course on Children Forum 2019. Participating in this training course, there are 66 children and 22 facilitators of 11 districts and towns in Hoa Binh province.

Besides, at the training course, children and facilitators are also able to see the film that directed and performed by children in Hoa Binh province.
