(HBO) – The national high-school exam is officially taking place from June 24-27. Its results will be used for high-school graduation as well as college and university entrance consideration. In 2019, the Departments of Education and Training of provinces and centrally-run cities will continue to coordinate with universities in organising the examination.
Hoa Binh’s
steering committee for the national high-school exam inspects preparations and
encourages teachers and students of the Luong Son High School before the examination.
Preparations for this year’s national
high-school exam began many days before with the active coordination of
departments, agencies and localities of Hoa Binh. The province is now ready for
the exam, which is expected to take place safely and in line with regulations.
Material facilities are a top priority during the preparation. All 393 rooms of
37 exam venues in Hoa Binh have been cleaned up and upgraded, meeting
requirements set by the Ministry of Education and Training.
The province has also paid special attention to
the personnel work. Up to 669 invigilators of the provincial Department of
Education and Training, and hundreds of officials from relevant departments and
agencies have been mobilised for the exam.
Apart from the Department of Education and
Training, the Departments of Public Security, Health, Industry and Trade,
Agriculture and Rural Development, Transport, and Information and
Communications, along with the Hoa Binh Newspaper, the provincial television
and radio station, and the People’s Committees of Hoa Binh city and districts
have also participated in the organisation in order to ensure security and
order of the exam as well as health of students, invigilators and officials. The
provincial youth union launched a programme called "Tiep suc mua thi”
(Assistance during the Exam Season) since June 10.
All preparations have been completed and Hoa
Binh is ready for the exam./.
