Hoa Binh province had 7,802 contestants registered to take the History subject, 7,714 contestants registered for Geography subject, 6,642 contestants register for the Civic education subject. These subjects were tested by multiple choice method, the time for taking each subject was 50 minutes.

Thus, at the end of the national high school exam in 2019, Hoa Binh province had 225 absentee contestants, 3 contestants were suspended, and no supervisors violated the regulations.
