instructed communes to devise plans and roadmaps for achieving criteria for a
new-style rural area. This year, the district will mobilise all possible
sources to help Bac Phong commune win the title. The most disadvantaged commune
of Thach Yen is hoped to receive the recognition by 2024.

out synchronous solutions to bolster production, raise income for rural
dwellers and encourage the application of science-technology so as to increase
output, quality and ensure food safety.

creates the best conditions for agricultural firms and cooperatives to operate
while fostering effective partnership models in agriculture. In allocating

production chain to create jobs and improve income for the rural population,
for sustainable poverty reduction and social welfare.

gradually satisfy the four remaining criteria which are transportation,
irrigation, health care-culture-education, and environment./.
