(HBO) – Hoa Binh city has grasped opportunities, and capitalised on its available resources to boost its social-economic development, striving to become a second-tier urban area in the near future.

Housing 19 communes and wards, each having its own potential and strengths, Hoa Binh city has been an ideal destination for investors in recent years. Their investments have made significant contributions to creating a facelift for the city.

The city has started construction on a wide range of important infrastructure projects in the fields of urban area, eco-tourism, resort tourism, golf courses, restaurants and hotels.

Key transport projects have been put into operation to lure more investments, including Hoa Lac – Hoa Binh road, Hoa Binh 3 bridge, and provincial road No.435.

Industrial infrastructure development has been paid due attention so as to promote economic restructuring, and contribute more to the State budget.

According to Bui Quang Diep, Chairman of the city People’s Committee, the local Party and authorities have focused on directing the implementation of the directives and resolutions adopted at the city’s second Party Congress for the 2020-2025 tenure.

Priority will be given to improving planning quality and planning management, and mobilising resources for synchronous development of the urban area, helping build a civilised and modern Hoa Binh city./.
