The monthly income of a regular worker is averaged at 4.24 million VND. Cooperatives have flexibly developed in the direction of multi-industries, quickly grasped market needs to invest in production and business. In particular, those operating in the field of agriculture have gradually developed in a modern direction by applying advanced science and technology, and production processes following VietGAP and organic standards.

Tran Van Tuyen, Director of Long Vien Cooperative in Vu Ban town (Lac Son) shared that his cooperative specialises in producing stuffed animals for export to China. Currently, it has 150 sewing machines, of which 70 are at the cooperative's factory, and the remaining are associated with other cooperatives and businesses in the province. Many cooperatives have innovated their operation methods, and production and business in the direction of multi-industries; and paid attention to developing new models of cooperatives associated with value chains, thus contributing significantly to creating jobs and increasing incomes for local people./.
