(HBO) - On December 26, the Provincial People's Committee signed and promulgated Decision No. 3349/QD-UBND announcing the Index of the Public Administration Reform (PAR) and the Satisfaction of the people and organizations with the services of the departments and committees, the branches, the People's Committees of the districts and the cities in 2022.
Over the past time, the improvement of the Index of the Public Administration Reform and the Satisfaction of people and organizations has always been of great interest to the departments, the branches, the districts and the city. Accordingly, the order for the block of departments, committees and branches: Department of Home Affairs ranked the first with the PAR index of 96.85% and the satisfaction index of 99.38%. The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development: 95.28%; 91.88%. the Department of Finance: 94.47%; 86.25%. The Department of Science and Technology: 94.31%; 89.63%. On the basis of the results announced in this decision, the director of the departments, the heads of the departments and branches, the chairmen of the People's Committees of the districts and the city held a conference to evaluate the index of the administrative reform and the index satisfaction of the people and organizations to their agencies and units and propose solutions to rectify and overcome the criteria that have not been achieved or achieved at a low level.

Priority was given to transport and irrigation infrastructure; markets; schools; medical stations; communal houses; and power grid, telecommunication, radio, and television systems.

As a mountainous district still facing numerous challenges, Da Bac has made notable progress in advancing administrative reforms across various areas. The district has prioritised reorganising and streamlining its administrative apparatus, operating "one-stop-shop” units, and applying information technology (IT) in the handling of administrative procedures. Efforts have also been directed toward upgrading infrastructure and equipment to enhance service quality for residents and businesses.
