(HBO) – Digitalisation in administrative procedures not only helps to improve the efficiency of public services but also facilitates the operations of organisations and individuals.


 

Public servants in Huong Nhuong commune, Huong Son district, conduct digitalisation in administrative reform.

Over the past nearly one year, Phung Thi Hai, a public servants in charge of judicial affairs and civil status in Huong Nhuong commune, Huong Son district, has used digital data and scanned documents at work.
She said data digitalisation has made it easier for public servants to conduct administrative procedures, and local residents don’t need to be present at district agencies.

Bui Van Thao, a staff member of the Office of the district People’s Committee, noted that the digitalistation in administrative procedures also eases pressure on State agencies.

Nearly 40% of the administrative procedures in Lac Son have been digitalised, focusing on such areas as business conditions, war invalids and social affairs, electricity, food safety and environmental protection, he added.

The district aims to digitalise 80% of the administrative procedures as from this year, the official said, stressing that digitalisation has improved the efficiency of all-level agencies and authorities, and raised the publicity and transparency in the operations of State management agencies.

Through feedback from people and businesses, State management agencies will continue to perfect their organisation and procedures, thus improving their operation efficiency.
