(HBO) – The assisting team of the provincial Steering Committee for Project 06/CP on September 20 held a conference to review the results of the implementation of Project 06/CP in September and to outline the tasks for October.

Members of the assisting team of the provincial Steering Committee for Project 06/CP review the results of the tasks carried out in September and discuss the upcoming work.

In accordance with the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 06/QĐ-TTg approving the Project for the development of population data, identification, and electronic authentication for national digital transformation from 2022-2025, with a vision to 2030, the provincial People's Committee has directed the departments, agencies, and People's Committees of districts and city to seriously and effectively performed assigned tasks.

As of now, the province has integrated and provided 1,317 out of 1,878 online public services on the National Public Service Portal, achieving a rate of 70.12%. From August 15-September 14, the province received 44,938 administrative procedure files, 32,144 of them were submitted online. Among them, 32,378 were processed while 12,560 are still under processing. Administrative procedure files related to household registration books, temporary residence books and certificates have been streamlined, eliminating the requirement for citizens and organisations to provide these documents when accessing public services. The effective implementation of two groups of interconnected administrative procedures continues: birth and permanent residence registration, and issuance of health insurance cards for children under 6 years old; death registration, removal of permanent residence registration, funeral allowance, and burial expense support. The province offers utility services for socio-economic development, such as data connection and interoperability for health insurance-funded medical examination and treatment, non-cash payment of social security policies, and provision of electronic identity accounts for citizens.

With these achievements, 87.78% of those who conducted transactions and handled administrative procedures expressed their satisfaction with the reception and handling of public services, marking a 13.66% increase compared to August.

The conference agreed on the directions and tasks for the upcoming period. In particular, the focus will be on seriously and effectively performing the tasks outlined in Decision 06/CP. There will be an emphasis on advancing the implementation of the two interrelated public services: "birth registration, permanent residence registration, and issuance of health insurance cards for children under 6" and "death registration, removal of permanent residence registration, funeral support, and funeral cost support." There will also be continued efforts to promote information dissemination about Project 06/CP, especially regarding the benefits of the VNeID application. This aims to raise public awareness of the benefits of Decision 06/CP and foster consensus within the society. Additionally, further research and utilisation of the national population database to support the leadership at all levels will be conducted, and the deployment of utility groups to serve the local socio-economic development will be intensified.
