In 2023, the Hoa Binh provincial People’s Committee recognised the art-teaching model at Hoa Phuong preschool as a role model in the patriotic emulation. This model has encouraged and created excitement for children to study and helped them develop both physically and mentally.

Another emulation exemplar in the district is Dinh Cong Thuan, Director of Greenlife Cooperative in Hop Tien Commune. The cooperative produces on average over 40,000 litres of honey yearly, earning about 6 billion VND (over 243,300 USD). It creates stable jobs for 12 local workers with monthly salaries ranging from 4.5 - 6 million VND per person.
