The document on the materialisation of the PM’s conclusions made at his working session with provincial leaders in March 2023 was issued on March 25 the same year.

Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Nguyen Phi Long, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People's Council Bui Duc Hinh, and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Bui Van Khanh were present at the session.

The PM was reported that for the planning work, Hoa Binh organised a conference to announce its master plan for 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050. The locality is working hard to complete an implementation plan in line with regulations.

The province is stepping up the preservation of traditional cultural values, while accelerating the realisation of the PM’s instructions on speeding up site clearance and procedures for the construction of industrial parks.

Hoa Binh proposed the Government leader and ministries, agencies and centrally-run cities pay more attention to the implementation of transport projects, and socio-economic development and infrastructure construction in disadvantaged areas.

In his remarks, the PM asked Hoa Binh to effectively put in place the approved master plan; maximise its potential, opportunities, and advantages; materialise development viewpoints, visions, and targets; form new development spaces; and create new values.

The province should focus on mobilising and optimising all legal resources to boost traditional growth drivers, and creating breakthroughs for new growth engines, he said.

Hoa Binh was also asked to increase investments and foster regional and national connectivity, while enhancing inclusive, comprehensive, strategic infrastructure development, the processing industry, and the application of science-technology, and innovation.

At the meeting, Long promised that the Party Committee’s Standing Board will quickly realise the PM’s instructions, saying Hoa Binh is resolved to implement the resolution adopted at the 13th National Congress, and another at the 17th provincial Party Congress.
