On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory (May 7, 1954 - 2024), Nguyen Phi Long, alternate member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Hoa Binh provincial Party Committee, and other officials of the province and Lac Son district on April 25 visited and presented gifts to local soldiers and pioneering youths who directly engaged in the Dien Bien Phu Campaign.

On behalf of the provincial Party Committee,
People’s Council, People’s Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee,
Long offered greetings to their families and expressed gratitude to all the
soldiers and pioneering youths who contributed to the historic Dien Bien Phu
Victory.
He wished them good health and called on them to
continue upholding the revolutionary tradition and contributing to their
hometown’s development.
