On these days, the working delegations from the central government, the province, businesses and many organizations and individuals have visited and presented gifts to the poor households and the families under the preferential policies with care, sharing, wishing everyone and every family to have a warm, prosperous and happy Tet.


The households in difficult circumstances are receiving gifts from the"Zero-VND Tet Booth - Connecting Love” organized at the People's Committee of Tan Thinh Ward, Hoa Binh City. 

In a hurry on the trucks carrying Tet gifts to the poor, disabled and orphans, the Association for the for the Support of Vietnamese Handicapped and Orphans, the Provincial Association for the Support of Handicapped and Orphans and the sponsoring enterprises visited and gave gifts directly to the people of Tu Ly (Da Bac); Sao Bay, My Hoa, Du Sang (Kim Boi) communes. Although the gifts are not of great material value, they demonstrate the spirit of mutual love and support, helping each other, and timely providing encouragement to the families. 

Mr. Bui Van Tien from Tan Ly hamlet, Tu Ly commune (Da Bac) says: I am very touched when receiving gifts and greetings from the Association for the for the Support of Vietnamse Handicapped and Orphans. That is a source of encouragement and motivation for my family to continue trying, actively working and producing so that economic conditions can soon stabilize. 

In addition to the support from the Party and the State's policies, the response and support of businesses and sponsors across the country for the poor, the families with meritorious services, and the children in especially difficult circumstances is noteworthy. Typical examples including Vietnam National Petroleum Group; Vietnam Gas Corporation PV Gas; PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals joint Stock Company; Masan Group joint Stock Company; Agribank, BIDV, etc., through the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, have donated thousands of Tet gifts to the poor households, the employees in difficult circumstances, and awarded scholarships to the poor students who have overcome difficulties in the localities. 

Together with the Provincial Association the Association for t the Support of Handicapped and Orphans, Hoa Binh Elderly Health Care Company Limited has sponsored 180 sets of Tet gifts for the orphans, the people with disabilities, the poor and near-poor households in the two districts, Kim Boi and Da Bac. The agencies and units assigned by the province to help the communes with special difficulties visited, wished a happy new year, gave gifts to the poor households and the families with meritorious services; and promptly handed over money to support the housing construction for the poor households. The provincial Labor Federation coordinated to organize the program: "The UnionTet – The Spring Thanks to the Party”. Many wards, communes and towns in the province organized "Tet 0 Dong Booth - Connecting Love”, the program of charitable Tet and giving gifts for the Year of the Snake... 

The Party committees and the appropriate authorities at all levels in the province have focused on implementing practical and meaningful programs and activities to care for Tet for the households under the preferential policies, the people with meritorious services to the revolution, and the families in difficult circumstances. Many solidarity houses have been repaired, newly built, and handed over and put into use on the occasion of Tet, bringing more joy to the poor households. The visiting activities, wishing a happy new year, and giving gifts to the people with meritorious services to the revolution and the households under the preferential policies have been carefully implemented by localities. 

Mr. Nguyen Duc Tuyen, the Deputy Director of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, says: The households under the preferential policies, the elderly, the prestigious people, and 5the social protection beneficiaries have all been taken care of during Tet. From the central budget, over 32,000 poor and near-poor households in the province have been supported to celebrate the Lunar New Year of At Ty with a level of 500,000 VND/poor households, and 300,000 VND/near-poor households. Along with the policies of the Party and the State, the province has mobilized all resources to contribute to ensuring better social security, spreading the spirit of helping the poor - leaving no one behind, not leaving any household without Tet.

Party members take lead in road expansion in Da Bac’s Doan Ket sub-region

In the spirit of "Party members go first, the people follow”, all households of Party members in the Doan Ket sub-region in Da Bac town, Da Bac district, voluntarily removed gates and fences, and donated land when the road expansion project passed through their properties. The Hoa Binh provincial People's Committee held a monthly meeting on May 29 to assess the implementation of socio-economic development tasks in the first six months of 2025, the progress of key projects, and some other important issues.

Prioritizing the resources to achieve the goals for children

During his lifetime, President Ho Chi Minh always expressed his deep affection and special concern for children and youth. He once emphasized: "Caring for and educating children well is the responsibility of the entire Party and the entire people”; "First of all, the family (i.e. grandparents, parents, siblings) must do this job well”. "the Party Committees…, the Children’s Committee, the Youth Union, the education sector, and all related organizations must have specific plans to ensure children grow healthier and more progressive”. His teachings has been remaining valuable and serving as the guiding principles in the work of protecting, caring for, and educating children. In line with this ideology, Hoa Binh Province has continuously been prioritizing and investing resources in the well-being of children in recent years.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee provides opinions on several Investment projects

Mr. Nguyen Phi Long, the alternate Member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee chaired the meeting of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to provide opinions on several investment projects within the province. There was the attendance of Ms. Bui Thi Minh, the Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Provincial People’s Council; Mr. Bui Đuc Hinh, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee and other members of the Standing Committee; the leaders from other departments, agencies, and some localities.

Hoa Binh exhibition features Party formation, development

In mid-May, the provincial Museum organised an exhibition named "Duoi la co Dang Cong san Viet Nam quang vinh” (Under the flag of the glorious Communist Party of Vietnam).
