In the spirit of "Party members go first, the people follow”, all households of Party members in the Doan Ket sub-region in Da Bac town, Da Bac district, voluntarily removed gates and fences, and donated land when the road expansion project passed through their properties. Inspired by their example, 68 households in the sub-region quickly followed suit, contributing over 1,400 sq.m of residential and perennial cropland to widen the main road through the residential area. The exemplary role of Party members in Doan Ket stands as a shining example of studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s thought, morality, and lifestyle.

Members of the Doan Ket sub-region’s Party cell in Da Bac town, Da Bac district, actively encourage local residents to donate land for road expansion in their residential area.

The local Party cell, with 69 members, has been at the forefront of community movements. By promoting the sense of responsibility and setting an example, they have helped with successfully translating Party resolutions into action, contributing to the development of the sub-region into a more civilised and livable residential area.

In the recent past, efforts have focused on clearing traffic corridors, upgrading public spaces, and renovating the local house of culture. Party members have taken the lead in complying with policies of the Party and the State, and firmly upheld the Party’s principles without signs of self-evolution, degradation in political thought, or religious deviation.

In its efforts to mobilise and engage the community, the Party cell has worked hard to promote democracy, stay close to the people, and actively listen to their opinions. Under the cell’s leadership, the "green - clean - beautiful" landscape initiative has been fruitfully implemented. Local residents collectively contributed money and labour to plant flowers along 1.5 kilometers of road, with a total value of 55 million VND (2,100 USD). These vibrant floral routes have transformed the appearance of the sub-region and improved the spiritual well-being of the community. At the same time, the Party cell also directed the renovation of the communal house - a vital community space for cultural events, at a cost of 67 million VND.

Ha Van Thuan, Secretary of the Doan Ket sub-region’s Party cell, said following Uncle Ho's instructions, members of the Party cell have always been worthy of being the most enthusiastic pioneers, trying to implement all the Party's plans, thus promoting the spirit and sense of responsibility of Party members. Their efforts have helped raise per cepita income last year to 57 million VND and bring the household poverty rate down to 1%.

With the achievements, in 2024, the Doan Ket sub-region’s Party cell was recognised for excellently completing its tasks. It also received a certificate of merit from the Standing Board of the provincial Party Standing Committee for its outstanding achievements over 10 years of implementing the 11th Party Central Committee's Resolution No. 33-NQ/TW, dated June 9, 2014, on building and developing the Vietnamese culture and people to meet the requirements of sustainable national development.

This year, the Party cell has also been granted a certificate of merit by the chairperson of the provincial People's Committee for remarkable accomplishments in studying and following President Ho Chi Minh's thought, moral example, and style.
