The exhibition also introduces the development of Hoa Binh province under the leadership of the Party. Visitors to the exhibition can also learn about the province's outstanding achievements in Party building, socio-economic development, culture, national defence and security, and foreign affairs.

The exhibition area is divided into two sections. Section 1 features the Party's 95-year journey, particularly its congresses from 1930 to the present, and its milestones such as the August Revolution, two great resistance wars and the renewal and international integration. Section 2 highlights Hoa Binh province’s development under the Party's leadership.

The thematic exhibition is an activity to welcome Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term towards the 14th National Party Congress and major anniversaries of Vietnam. It is an important political and cultural activity to promote revolutionary traditions, and arouse national pride and patriotism, especially among the young generation.
