policies, State’s laws, raising a sense of responsibility for serving the
people. The communal Party Committee devised a plan and assigned members of the
executive committee to acquire public aspirations, thus offering timely
support.

of Suoi Tep hamlet. Several Party members from over 50 households were asked by
the Mai Chau district Party Committee to move from landslide areas in Tan Mai
and Phuc San communes to a resettlement area in group 4, Song Boi One Member
Ltd, Dong Tam commune, Lac Thuy district. Many officials and Party members integrated
quickly and joined all activities at Suoi Tep hamlet’s Party Cell. Due to economic
difficulties in new living area, the communal Party Committee considered it an
important responsibility that should be placed at the top. Specifically, it
called on individuals and collectives to help each Party member living in need
and present gifts to them during New Year or festivals. Therefore, many Party
members have upheld their exemplary role in local socio-economic development.
In particular, Dong Tam has met
criteria for new-style rural area since 2015. During new rural development process,
the communal Party Committee fully pooled public resources. Dong Noi hamlet’s
Party Cell was chosen to build a model residential area and model garden. Many
officials and Party members donated land for road construction, actively
switched to new crops and animals to bring higher economic efficiency. Teacher

the involvement and high determination of the entire political system, leaders
of Party Cells and pioneering role of each official and Party member, in line
with the motto "Party members go first, villagers follow”./.
In the spirit of "Party members go first, the people follow”, all households of Party members in the Doan Ket sub-region in Da Bac town, Da Bac district, voluntarily removed gates and fences, and donated land when the road expansion project passed through their properties. Inspired by their example, 68 households in the sub-region quickly followed suit, contributing over 1,400 sq.m of residential and perennial cropland to widen the main road through the residential area.
