The "I love my Fatherland” journey will help
educate the young on patriotism and previous generations’ sacrifices, thereby
encouraging them to make self-improvement so as to dedicate to the Fatherland
and the people.
The 2020 "I love my Fatherland” journey will be
held in four phases from April 29 to September 2 by all VYF chapters in the
province. The first is themed "Thank the Fatherland”, the second "Young people
follow Uncle Ho’s teachings”, the third "The July of gratitude”, and the fourth
"Proud of Vietnam”.
Under its plan, the provincial VYF Committee
will organise at least one "I love my Fatherland” festival at the provincial
level. District-level committees and the management boards of their subordinate
clubs will build plans and instruct their units to carry out activities of the
journey.
Basing on each locality’s situation,
celebrations and social welfare activities will be held. VYF members, groups
and clubs will be encouraged to hang the national flag, wear national
flag-themed T-shirts, and use the national flag image for their Facebook
