To improve effectiveness in the coming time, the provincial People’s Committee proposed funding for the implementation of a number of pilot programmes and expansion of the ‘community shelter’ model, and holding of vocational courses for ethnic women, among others.

The Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs was asked to issue guidelines on activities of the fund for children at district level, support the action plan for children in the 2021-30, and create favourable conditions for Hoa Binh to launch of a pilot child protection model in its poverty reduction programme, and join programme on child drowning prevention.

Hoa Binh has made commendable results reflecting its concerted efforts in child protection and gender equality, the delegation concluded at the end of the working session.
