(HBO) – The provincial Party Organisation of Hoa Binh province has effectively implemented the Politburo’s Directive No. 05 on promoting the studying and following of President Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality and style in association with the Party Central Committee's resolutions on Party building. It has left a positive effect on officials, party members and people, thus multiplying new ways of doing things and good values, contributing to the building of a strong party organisation and socio-economic development.

Lac Son is one of the typical localities in implementing the Politburo’s
Directive 5. Tran Cong Lam, Head of the district Party Committee's Board for
Information and Education, said the Party Committees at all levels have made
plans for the dissemination of the directive and multiplication off the
outstanding examples in studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s thought,
morality and style to ensure its effectiveness.
He cited the Party Organisation of the district's Public Security Division as a
typical example. The Party Organisation calls on officers, party members and
soldiers to contribute money to buy cows for disadvantaged households. To date,
17 cows worth over 210 million VND (9,300 USD) have been presented to 17
households and over 80 million VND (3,500 USD) are donated to those suffering
natural disasters.
Through communication campaigns, creative ways and outstanding examples have
been expanded in the province. Now it has 1,777 models or typical individuals
in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality and style.
Bui Van Ty, a war veteran in Hop Phong commune, Cao Phong district, is among
them. Despite having financial difficulties, Ty’s family has repeatedly donated
land to build health stations, schools, and roads. He acts as a motivation for
locals in the implementation of all people unite to build new-style rural area
campaign.
The Party Organisation of the provincial Department of Education and Training
has succeeded in compiling curricula and teaching materials on Ho Chi Minh's
though, morality and style at high schools.
Being paralised after an accident, Le Huy Tich from Hoa Binh city did not surrender
to his fate. He has managed to manufacture wheelchairs for disabled persons and
generate jobs for others.
The implementation of the Politburo’s Directive 5 has facilitated the
realisation of socio-economic development tasks, including administrative
reforms to create favorable conditions for businesses and the people.
The administrative reform index of the province has also been improved. The
province has effectively carried out the rearrangement of administrative units,
new rural areas building, poverty reduction and hunger eradication.
Attention has been paid to caring for the lives of ethnic minority people,
improving the local business environment, mobilsing resources for
infrastructure development and attracting more investment, contributing to the
realisation of the Resolution of the 17th Congress of the provincial Party
Organisation./.
In the spirit of "Party members go first, the people follow”, all households of Party members in the Doan Ket sub-region in Da Bac town, Da Bac district, voluntarily removed gates and fences, and donated land when the road expansion project passed through their properties. Inspired by their example, 68 households in the sub-region quickly followed suit, contributing over 1,400 sq.m of residential and perennial cropland to widen the main road through the residential area. The exemplary role of Party members in Doan Ket stands as a shining example of studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s thought, morality, and lifestyle.
The Hoa Binh provincial People's Committee held a monthly meeting on May 29 to assess the implementation of socio-economic development tasks in the first six months of 2025, the progress of key projects, and some other important issues.
During his lifetime, President Ho Chi Minh always expressed his deep affection and special concern for children and youth. He once emphasized: "Caring for and educating children well is the responsibility of the entire Party and the entire people”; "First of all, the family (i.e. grandparents, parents, siblings) must do this job well”. "the Party Committees…, the Children’s Committee, the Youth Union, the education sector, and all related organizations must have specific plans to ensure children grow healthier and more progressive”. His teachings has been remaining valuable and serving as the guiding principles in the work of protecting, caring for, and educating children. In line with this ideology, Hoa Binh Province has continuously been prioritizing and investing resources in the well-being of children in recent years.
Mr. Nguyen Phi Long, the alternate Member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee chaired the meeting of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to provide opinions on several investment projects within the province. There was the attendance of Ms. Bui Thi Minh, the Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Provincial People’s Council; Mr. Bui Đuc Hinh, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee and other members of the Standing Committee; the leaders from other departments, agencies, and some localities.
The Standing Board of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Committee of Hoa Binh province held a meeting on May 28 to honour outstanding village elders, village heads, and reputable individuals from local ethnic minority and religious communities.
In mid-May, the provincial Museum organised an exhibition named "Duoi la co Dang Cong san Viet Nam quang vinh” (Under the flag of the glorious Communist Party of Vietnam). This meaningful activity took place in the joyful atmosphere to celebrate the country's major holidays and the Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, towards the 14th National Party Congress.
