(HBO) – The Party Committee of Hoa Binh city has paid attention to combining the study and following of President Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality and lifestyle with the implementation of ethical standards and criteria of officials and Party members, thus creating a positive change in building the image of officials and Party members towards good moral values.

Officers and soldiers of self-defence unit cluster No. 1 contribute money to assist construction of a charitable house. 

The Party Organisation of Dong Tien ward is always evaluated as a strong and comprehensive organisation with the typical and exemplary characteristics of collectives and Party members. The Party Organisation has 22 cells with more than 820 members. Officials and Party members of the ward have well performed their responsibilities of setting examples in association with studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s teachings. 

At the Military Party Organisation of Hoa Binh city, in 2022, the organisation held political education under the theme of upholding the responsibility of setting examples of officers and soldiers in promoting the qualifications of Uncle Ho’s soldiers. For example, in April, during the training session of self-defence unit cluster No. 1 for 21 units and more than 200 soldiers, the city’s Military Command launched a fundraising event in support for the construction of a house for the family of soldier Nguyen Long Giang, the son of a wounded soldier. Through campaigning, soldiers of the cluster contributed 5.3 million VND (127.7 USD) to Giang's family. 

Currently, the Party Organisation of Hoa Binh city has 70 grassroots Party organisations with 415 subordinate cells and more than 11,300 members. All agencies, units and establishments have built standards suitable to their specific characteristics and tasks. Many develop ethical criteria concisely, and practically. On the basis of the contents of ethical standards, officials and Party members have improved their awareness and responsibility./.
