(HBO) – The Standing Board of the Hoa Binh provincial Party Committee has held a conference to announce a decision on the assignment of officials to monitor communes, wards, and townships. Nguyen Phi Long, alternate member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, chaired the event.

At the event, the organisation board of the
provincial Party Committee announced the Standing Board’s Decision No
718-QD/TU, dated December 14, 2022, to assign 134 leaders of provincial
agencies to monitor 151 communes, wards, and townships in the province.
The assignment aims to help the provincial Party
Committee’s Standing Board keep a close watch on the local situation so as to
make judicious directions on socio-economic development, defence - security,
and political system building. Via these officials, the Standing Board can stay
updated with the implementation of policies and resolutions issued by the Party
Central Committee and the provincial Party Committee in localities to take
appropriate actions.
The Standing Board asked the assigned officials
to thoroughly grasp the Party’s directives and resolutions, as well as the
State’s policies and laws, while having good knowledge of many areas to
instruct and assist Party committees and administrations in the localities they
are in charge of. Besides, by monitoring localities, leaders of provincial
agencies can gain more experience and bring into play their agencies’ role and
sense of responsibility in the political system.
In his remarks, Nguyen Phi Long, alternate
member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the provincial Party
Committee, told the officials to promote their sense of responsibility to
effectively perform the assigned tasks. They also need to properly adhere to
regulations and decisions of the provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board.
This will be the basis for assessing their
performance and capacity to serve personnel arrangement, he added./.
