(HBO) - The Party Committee of Tan Lac district issued eight thematic resolutions, one action plan to implement the Resolution of the congress of the district’s Party Committee, and one action programme to implement the Resolution of the provincial Party Committee’s congress in the 2020 – 2025 tenure, after its 24th congress.



Tan Lac district focuses on accelerating the construction of a road connecting National Highway 6 and Suoi Hoa commune.

The Party Committee of Tan Lac district has 36 Party cells with 6,447 members. The district Party Committee’s Standing Committee has directed its member Party organisations to review, amend, and supplement regulations to ensure that they function properly and perform their assigned tasks with clear authority.

Efforts have been made to effectively maintain and implement the building of annual, monthly, and weekly plans and programmes that closely align with the tasks of each department and unit.

The building of the Party and the political system has shown significant changes. The apparatus of the Party, administration and mass organisations has been streamlined; and the personnel work carried out fully and concertedly in all aspects from assessment, planning, training, fostering, management, use and implementation of personnel policies under the management of Party committees at all levels.

The arrangement of personnel after the 24th congress of the district Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term is in line with the plan approved by the provincial Party Committee.

In the first half of the term, as many as 406 Party members were admitted, meeting the set targets. Annually, the number of party members who are assessed to well complete their tasks reaches 93%, while over 90% of grassroots party organisations well performed their tasks.

The mass mobilisation work has also proven effective, with 122 smart mass mobilisation models built and implemented across fields.

The leadership, direction, and administration capacity of the Party committees and authorities has improved markedly. Thanks to the Party Committee's directions, the socio-economic development of the district has recorded positive changes. The locality’s infrastructure system has been developed harmoniously.

Attention has been paid to speeding up the construction of the road section connecting National Highway 6 with Ngoi Hoa commune; and the land clearance work in a project to upgrade Provincial Roads 440 and 436.

The district administration has also supported investors to implement a textile factory in Thanh Hoi commune, which is scheduled to be put into operation later this year./.

Party members take lead in road expansion in Da Bac’s Doan Ket sub-region

In the spirit of "Party members go first, the people follow”, all households of Party members in the Doan Ket sub-region in Da Bac town, Da Bac district, voluntarily removed gates and fences, and donated land when the road expansion project passed through their properties. The Hoa Binh provincial People's Committee held a monthly meeting on May 29 to assess the implementation of socio-economic development tasks in the first six months of 2025, the progress of key projects, and some other important issues.

Prioritizing the resources to achieve the goals for children

During his lifetime, President Ho Chi Minh always expressed his deep affection and special concern for children and youth. He once emphasized: "Caring for and educating children well is the responsibility of the entire Party and the entire people”; "First of all, the family (i.e. grandparents, parents, siblings) must do this job well”. "the Party Committees…, the Children’s Committee, the Youth Union, the education sector, and all related organizations must have specific plans to ensure children grow healthier and more progressive”. His teachings has been remaining valuable and serving as the guiding principles in the work of protecting, caring for, and educating children. In line with this ideology, Hoa Binh Province has continuously been prioritizing and investing resources in the well-being of children in recent years.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee provides opinions on several Investment projects

Mr. Nguyen Phi Long, the alternate Member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee chaired the meeting of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to provide opinions on several investment projects within the province. There was the attendance of Ms. Bui Thi Minh, the Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Provincial People’s Council; Mr. Bui Đuc Hinh, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee and other members of the Standing Committee; the leaders from other departments, agencies, and some localities.

Hoa Binh province honours reputable persons, village elders

The Standing Board of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Committee of Hoa Binh province held a meeting on May 28 to honour outstanding village elders, village heads, and reputable individuals from local ethnic minority and religious communities.

Hoa Binh exhibition features Party formation, development

In mid-May, the provincial Museum organised an exhibition named "Duoi la co Dang Cong san Viet Nam quang vinh” (Under the flag of the glorious Communist Party of Vietnam). This meaningful activity took place in the joyful atmosphere to celebrate the country's major holidays and the Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, towards the 14th National Party Congress.
