Making a speech at the Opening Ceremony of the shoool year, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee has praised and expressed gratitude for the achievements that the generations of college teachers have achieved over the years. On this occasion, the Provincial Party Committee, the People's Council, and the People's Committee awarded 20 scholarships to the college’s students who have made great efforts in their studies; Hoa Binh City Red Cross awarded 10 scholarships to the students having difficult circumstances.
