(HBO) - Along with power, water consumption in summer, especially during hot spells, has increased. According to the Hoa Binh Clean Water JSC, so far, water consumption in Hoa Binh city has risen about 3-5 percent on a yearly basis. The demand for water of locals is about 16,000-18,000 cu.m per day and night. However, in the high temperature period in late April and mid-May, the water consumption surged sharply to about 20,000 cu.m, or even 25,000 cu.m per day and night.
(HBO) - The rural road network in Cao Phong district, the northern province of Hoa Binh has been given a facelift as compared to 2013. Bumpy roads in Yen Thuong, Yen Lap and Thung Nai communes and inter-commune routes between Bac Phong and Xuan Phong have been replaced with asphalted and concrete ones.
