(HBO) – The Da Hop Trading joint Stock Company recently held a debut ceremony for its Zen Village urban area in Huu Nghi ward, Hoa Binh city. The event was participated by hundreds of house buyers and investors from Hoa Binh province and other localities.
According to a representative of Da Hop Trading JSC, the Zen
Village urban area, with the slogan "The land of Lang (Lang – a mandarin of Muong
ethnic people in the past) turns a new page of history”, is a key development
project of the company.
Zen Village covers an area of 7.2ha in an ideal location. It borders
Huu Nghi street on one side and Dung stream on another side. The complex is
also only a short distance from shopping centres, new residential areas and the
clean industrial park on the left side of Hoa Binh city. The urban area offers
land lots for houses along with ready-built townhouses, shop houses and
attached villas.

The project, which has total investment worth 267 billion VND
(11.4 million USD), offers 40 utilities, which makes it stand out from other ongoing
projects in Hoa Binh city. Many utilities in Zen Village are rated highly by property
experts, who said that they are even better than those available in other projects,
including that of Vinhome across the country. For instance, the village boasts a
natural stream flowing around the villas, schools and kindergartens meeting
international standards, automatic security system, outstanding architecture of
villas and shop houses, water fountains, a tropical garden, a palm garden, decorative
islands and waterfalls, a spiritual zone, gyms, a shopping centre and
neighbouring resorts.
The construction density in Zen Village urban area is 39 percent
of total area with total construction area of over 28,000 sq. m, while nearly
21,000 sq. m, or 29.4 percent of total area, are designated for streets and
sidewalk. Meanwhile, greenery area is 13,000 sq. m, or 18.1 percent and water
surface accounts for 3.5 percent.
In addition, tens of thousands of square metres of land are
reserved for parking space and public cultural facilities.
At the debut ceremony, a representative of the Bank for Investment
and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) - Hoa Binh branch inked a sponsorship deal
for the project. Accordingly, customers who borrow money from the BIDV Hoa Binh
branch to buy houses, land lots or villas in Zen Village will be given loans of
up to 60 percent of the property’s value with an interest rate of 8 percent in
the first year. Especially, Da Hop Trading JSC will pay the loan’s interest for
the first six months for customers./.
