(HBO) - Hoa Binh Education Union recently held a conference to summarize the movement of "Outstanding at school and caring at home" in the period of 2016-2018.


Meetings and exchanges with the examples of female cadres, outstanding teachers.

 At present, Hoa Binh Department of Education and Training has 20,767 cadres, teachers, and staff. Among them, 16,845 are female, which accounts for 81%. In the period of 2016-2018, the movement of " Outstanding at school and caring at home" has been organized with the innovation, creativity, diversity to be suitable for each agency. The movement has strongly influenced on the construction and improvement of the quality of teachers and workers; to create motivation for female cadres and laborers to develop their capabilities, strengths, creativeness and wisdom at school and at home. Through the movement, many women have been trained to be exemplary teachers, outstanding administrators, good union officials, and teacher families of culture. Since the movement, many women have been improved, striving for high achievement in teaching and management. Many of them have won the title of emulation officer at all levels, the elite teachers. The good implementation of the movement has made great contribution to improving the quality and effectiveness of education and training.

For three years, 100% female teachers have been qualified; 530 female teachers received the title of outstanding teachers at provincial level; 27 female teachers took part in teaching and revising for students at the national exam and 76 students have become the excellent students. There are 16 outstanding collectives and 23 individuals in the movement of "Innovation in teaching and learning" being awarded by the Department of Education and Training (of which 18 are female, accounting for 79%). At present, there are 312 cadres and teachers in the whole industry with the Master Degrees (189 of which are female) and 3 doctors (including 2 female doctors). Specifically, there are currently 1,273 female managers (accounting for 68% of the total number of managers) in the whole sector. Fifty nine groups, 2,963 individuals have been recognized as "Outstanding at school and caring at home".

 

 The representative of the leaders of the provincial Labor Union rewarded certificates of merit for three outstanding typical individuals in the movement of "Outstanding at school and caring at home” in the period of 2016- 2018.

At the conference, 3 outstanding typical individuals were rewarded certificates of merit by the provincial Labor Union; Hoa Binh Education Union presented merit papers to 20 collectives and 76 individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement in the period of 2016-2018.
