HBO-A delegation of the Hoa Binh Party Committee led by Bui Van Tinh, member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the provincial committee, visited Phu Tho province and had a working session with standing members of the local Party Committee on April 5.

Phu Tho officials at the session included Bui Minh Chau – member of the
Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Phu Tho Party Committee and Chairman
of the provincial People’s Council, and Bui Van Quang – Vice Secretary of the
Party Committee and Chairman of the People’s Committee of Phu Tho.

People’s Committee Bui Van Cuu briefed participants about his province’s socio-economic
development; the outcomes of the implementation of a resolution on apparatus
re-organisation issued at the sixth meeting of the 12th-tenure Party Central
Committee; along with information about the Hoa Binh General Hospital and the
attraction and use of doctors at public healthcare establishments.

Minh Chau informed visiting officials about his province’s development and
healthcare situation, along with the implementation of the Party Central
Committee’s resolutions No. 18-NQ/TW and 19-NQ/TW.

Van Tinh asked the two provinces to increase information exchange and
cooperation in all fields, particularly health care. He called on Phu Tho to
share its experience to help Hoa Binh improve local medical services and
infrastructure so as to better serve the public.
As part of the working visit, the Hoa Binh
delegation offered incense in commemoration of the Hung Kings – the legendary
founders of Vietnam – and planted trees at the special national relic site of
Hung Kings Temple. They also visited the Phu Tho General Hospital./.
In Hoa Binh province, 11 traditional craft villages with more than 400 small-scaled production households have put in place a clean and green production model, establishing new standards for sustainable development. Waste collection sites and wastewater treatment facilities have been meticulously managed by local residents.
To make it easier for the residents to handle administrative procedures, Yen Bong Commune (Lac Thuy District) has identified the administrative reform as one of its key tasks. By implementing a range of synchronized solutions, the commune has seen the positive changes in the administrative reform, meeting the needs of its people.
