(HBO) - Implementing the National Target Program on the new rural construction, the different levels of the Farmers’ Union in the province have actively propagated and mobilized the members and the farmers in the area to join hands for the implementation of the new rural criteria in recent time.
From the beginning of the year until now, all levels of
Farmers’ Union in the province have mobilized the members to contribute abor
days and donate land to build new rural areas with the amount of 74 million
VND. At the same time, they have contributed 13,617 labor days, donated 1,000
m2 of land, repaired and renewed 32.8 km of rural roads.
In addition, the members in the province have mobilized and
promoted all resources to participate in dredging and repairing 158.6 km of
inland canals and ditches. They have been clearing up the view of the two sides
of the road, 118.5 km of village roads and alleys, contributing to the
effective implementation of the campaign "All people unite to build the
new countryside and civilized cities".
In Hoa Binh province, 11 traditional craft villages with more than 400 small-scaled production households have put in place a clean and green production model, establishing new standards for sustainable development. Waste collection sites and wastewater treatment facilities have been meticulously managed by local residents.
