(HBO) - Cao Phong District People's Committee has just announced the end of the harvest of oranges. The production of oranges and mandarins in 2018 - 2019, the whole of Cao Phong district has 3,015.6 ha, of which orange and mandarins in the business period are 1,344.6 ha, the output is over 35,000 tons, mainly focusing on some types oranges such as: yellow heart, Xa Doai, Song Con, Duong Canh, Cao Phong mandarins...

These varieties have been sold out in 2018. Particularly for orange V2 variety, it is late ripening variety, the harvest time is from February 2019 to the end of 5/2019, accounting for 15% of the production. By 2/6/2019, the people in the district have finished harvesting with 100% orange fruit products in the gardens, ending the Cao Phong orange production season in 2018 - 2019.
