(HBO) - The Department of Health in Hoa Binh province has organized a propaganda contest "Innovating the service style and attitude of the medical staff towards the patients’ satisfaction" in the provincial health sector in 2019.
There are 17 teams representing 20 units in the whole province with 170 candidates who are medical officials, civil servants, employees and workers currently working in hospitals under the Department of Health.
The contest has been organized in the form of theater. Accordingly, the teams competed in two sections including the skits (greetings, skits) and the knowledge tests (behavior).
The greeting contest of the Health Center of Hoa Binh City was impressed by the investment in costumes and props.
At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee has awarded the first prize to the inter-agency team of the Center for Drug, Cosmetic, Food Inspection, the Center for Medical Survey and Center for Forensic Medicine; 02 second prizes have been awarded to the Health Center of Hoa Binh City, the Hospital of Traditional Medicine; 03 third prizes have been awarded to the Health Center of Lac Son District, the Health Center of Yen Thuy District and Provincial General Hospital and 11 consolation prizes. The prize for the impressive skits has been awarded to the Health Center Tan Lac District.
In addition, the Organizing Committee has awarded the propaganda contest in the written form of the Health Staff contest "Innovating the service style and attitude of the medical staff towards the patients’ satisfaction". The competition has been launched from 2018. So far there have been 23 out of the 28 units under the Department of Health participating with a total of 328 articles. The results are as follows: The first prize has been awarded to Bui Thi Minh Thuy (The Provincial Center for Disease Control); The second prizes have been awarded to Bui Thi Dung (The Health Center of Luong Son District) and Ha Thi Thuy (The Health Center of Mai Chau District); The Third prizes have been awarded to Dinh Thi Huyen Ngoc (Hoa Binh Medical Intermediate School), Nguyen Thi Tuyet (The Provincial General Hospital) and Bui Thi Chan (The Center for Disease Control) and 5 consolation prizes.
In Hoa Binh province, 11 traditional craft villages with more than 400 small-scaled production households have put in place a clean and green production model, establishing new standards for sustainable development. Waste collection sites and wastewater treatment facilities have been meticulously managed by local residents.
