(HBO) – The Hoa Binh provincial People’s Committee and Party Committee have requested relevant agencies to drastically implement supportive measures for those people affected by the COVID-19.

Hoa Binh has,
without delay, enforced the goverment’s Resolution No.42/NQ-CP on measures to
support the people affected
by the COVID-19 since it was released on April 9. The provincial Department of
Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs has been assigned to work with other local departmens and agencies to
translate the resolution into reality.
The department
has asked for cooperation from district-level authorities to distribute relief payments to those people and established a working group to
settle issues relating to the implementation of the relief package, said
director Quach Thi Kieu.
It has
prioritised payment for four groups of people – those rendering services for
the nation in wars, poor,near-poor households and social beneficiaries.
All the districts
had basically finished the distribution of allowances for these people as of
May 5 with no complaints reported to the department./.
