(HBO) – The People’s Committee of Yen Thuy district has effectively directed the implementation of land plot mergence and exchange to create larger fields and the building of soil map, thus building a detail planning scheme for agricultural development.
The move has contributed to accelerating agricultural restructuring, creating
changes in its rural economic structure, forming concentrated production areas,
and helping improve incomes for local people.
Ngoc Luong, Yen Tri, Phu Lai, Lac Luong, Doan Ket communes and Hang Tram town
of Yen Thuy district have successfully implemented the mergence and exchange of
land plots, with a total area of more than 1,354 ha. Over 3,800 households
joined the scheme.
In parallel with the land plot mergence and exchange, Yen Thuy district has
also concentrated on building roads, inter-field canals, facilitating mechanisation
and application of scientific and technical advances into production
activities./.
In Hoa Binh province, 11 traditional craft villages with more than 400 small-scaled production households have put in place a clean and green production model, establishing new standards for sustainable development. Waste collection sites and wastewater treatment facilities have been meticulously managed by local residents.
