The People's Committee of Hoa Binh province has just issued Official Dispatch No. 2065/UBND-NVK on continuing to promote the implementation of a programme on reducing and simplifying administrative procedures related to business activities in the 2020-2025 period.
The committee chairman directs departments, agencies, and
People's Committees of districts and city to organise meetings and dialogues with
people and businesses to promptly remove difficulties and obstacles in handling
administrative procedures.
They were also asked to proactively coordinate with the
Department of Planning and Investment and relevant agencies to organise
meetings and dialogues with businesses, collect businesses’ feedback and
recommendations, detect discrepancies in implementing business regulations, and
send them to relevant ministries and central agencies.
Under the official dispatch, departments and localities in the
province were asked to continue to effectively implement their tasks set in
Official Dispatch No. 837/UBND-KSTT, dated May 31, 2021, of the Chairman of the
provincial People's Committee on the implementation of Resolution No. 68/NQ-CP
of the Government. They are required to report the implementation results
quarterly.
Moreover, they were asked to study and suggest options to cut
administrative procedures.
The provincial Department of Planning and Investment was
assigned to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to
organise meetings and dialogues with the business community and collect
feedback.
The department together with the Department of Information and
Communications, relevant agencies and units must organise communication
activities and encourage associations, businesses and people to give opinions
at Business-related Regulation Consultation and Search
Portalquydinhkinhdoanh.gov.vn.
The provincial
business association was asked to regularly access the portal to study
regulations and propose administrative procedures to be cut.
In Hoa Binh province, 11 traditional craft villages with more than 400 small-scaled production households have put in place a clean and green production model, establishing new standards for sustainable development. Waste collection sites and wastewater treatment facilities have been meticulously managed by local residents.
