In which, Khoai and Lang caves are two of the 10 archeological relics of typical "Hoa Binh culture” which have been ranked as thye national monuments. To raise the people's awareness and responsibility in conserving and promoting the archaeological heritages, Mai Chau district has implemented many solutions, in which they have paid attention in tourism development associating with the archaeological relics.

The script, called Nom Dao, is being preserved and promoted to bring into play the values of their folk knowledge thanks to efforts by local Party committees, administrations, and residents.
(HBO) – Coming into being very early in the history of the Muong ethnic group and containing unique values, the bamboo calendar, called Doi or Roi calendar, of Muong people in Hoa Binh province was recently honoured as part of the national intangible cultural heritage. On the occasion of the Lunar New Year of Cat in 2023, the provincial Khai Ha Festival was first held with the convergence of 4 Muong (Bi, Vang, Thang, Dong), having the largest scale ever, thereby it helps fostering the pride of the community of Muong ethnic group in Hoa Binh, attracting the participation of the people and thousands of tourists from all over the country.
(HBO) –The Muong Khu singing club officially debuted in September 2022, becoming the "common home" of those who have a special love for singing in the Muong ethnic language.
