(HBO) – Dung Phong commune in Cao Phong district of the northern province of Hoa Binh was filled with excitement on early spring days with the preparations for the Khai mua (Crop opening) Muong Thang festival.
Local elders and young people of all genders enthusiastically practiced rituals and did preparation work for the festival so that it could be held on schedule, on the sixth and seventh day of the new lunar year.
The festival was restored at district-level for the first time in 2018. The festive atmosphere also spread to other communes and towns of the district, not just in Dung Phong.
"Co Ba Sai Gon” (The Tailor) won the Best Feature Film at the Golden Kite Awards, which was announced in Hanoi on April 15.
Thua Thien- Hue (VNA) - A show in the upcoming Hue Festival, which starts on April 28, will feature performances on Vietnam’s island sovereignty.
The show, entitled "The Monarchic Saga of Hue", will take place in the former Imperial Palace on April 28 and 30.

After 68 years of not being organized, up to now, Khenh Temple Festival was restored and opened on 13-14 Lunar January every year.
